Asaba Business Community Tradefair

Through our annual and monthly vendor Tradefair, we successfully brought together local vendors and buyers. These events, which typically drew 100–120 vendors and up to 2,000 visitors, had a clear impact: many participating vendors were able to secure long-term contracts and boost their regular sales.

Objective: To provide a dynamic platform for local vendors to expand their market reach, secure new clients, and increase sales by connecting them with a large and diverse audience of institutional and individual buyers.

Outcomes: Our tradefair successfully facilitated business growth for participating vendors. They reported securing multiple repeat institutional buyers and achieving a noticeable increase in their weekday sales, demonstrating the long-term commercial impact of the events.

Charity Visit to Flood Victims in Asaba

A humanitarian team recently visited communities affected by severe flooding, providing essential relief and support. The visits, which typically reached 250–300 households per session, had a significant impact: many flood victims received the immediate aid they needed, helping them cope with the disaster and begin the recovery process.

Objective: To provide critical aid and emotional support to flood victims, helping them meet their basic needs and assisting in their initial recovery.

Typical Session

  • Distribution of relief materials
  • Psychosocial support
  • Needs assessment

Vendor Exhibition Series

Our flagship vendor exhibitions (annual expos and monthly mini-expos) showcased hundreds of local vendors to thousands of buyers. Typical turnout at the annual expos: 2,000–3,500 visitors; 120–180 vendors.

Outcome: Several vendors secured repeat institutional buyers and increased weekday orders after exhibitions.

Asaba Business Vendors Exhibition 2.0

The Sold-Out Geng Edition of the Asaba Vendors Exhibition was nothing short of phenomenal. Held on the 9th and 10th of August at the Government Model Secondary School Field, DBS Junction, Asaba, this landmark event brought together over 110 vibrant business owners under one roof — and the results were extraordinary. In just two days, several vendors proudly testified to selling out their products, a true reflection of the buying power, support, and community spirit that Asaba Vendors Exhibition has come to represent. One fashion vendor described the experience as “the best exposure my brand has ever had — I sold out in less than 48 hours.” A food vendor echoed the same excitement: “I didn’t just make sales, I built lasting connections with customers who are already re-ordering after the event.” Beyond sales, the Exhibition created an atmosphere of connection, collaboration, and celebration of enterprise. Business owners networked, forged new partnerships, and tapped into opportunities that will continue to ripple long after the event.

Success: The community came out in full force, proving once again that when local businesses are given the platform to shine, they exceed expectations. The Sold-Out Geng Edition wasn’t just an exhibition — it was a movement. It demonstrated the resilience, creativity, and unstoppable spirit of entrepreneurs in Asaba and beyond.
